The UTS Women in Business (UTS WiB) Autumn Mentoring Program was specifically created to facilitate an ongoing professional relationship between a senior student (Mentor) and a first-year student (Mentee). It is a program where the Mentors share their own personal knowledge, skills, information and experiences with their fellow mentees in order to maximise their university wellbeing.
By participating in this program, participants will develop integral and beneficial skills and experiences that will undoubtedly help you in your immediate degree, university life and future endeavours.
